Peer Reviews? At first I was unsure. I don't mind getting constructive criticism, but I did not think I could read a paper and help someone else try to make improvements when I have so much work to do on mine. But I did enjoy reading the rough drafts, and I appreciate the feed back I received on mine. So, I'll put more work into it and we'll see what happens...
